[Auckland] Breaking Boundaries

Chu Sing Yiu (BSocSc), “I have learned that HKU alumni are not limited by physical boundaries. The Mentorship Programme has broken through those boundaries and helped me understand that the HKU Alumni Association of New Zealand (HKUAANZ) and the Mentorship Programme bring together HKU alumni and students in New Zealand.

Anthony is a wonderful person. He was like a father to me during my stay in Auckland. He drove me around Auckland and connected me with alumni there through various gatherings.

Anthony and his wife, Juvena, are both kind, supportive, and friendly. They shared a lot of information, personal experiences, and perspectives on life, work, and culture in New Zealand. I am glad to be their mentee, and I definitely miss them a lot.”
