【師友計劃（上海）2024-25】– Sharing from Mentors & Mentees  

Mentor: Ms Beatrice Chan 陳寶金 (右一)

Beatrice: “I enjoyed this year’s mentorship very much. This year was a bit different from previous years, as I delved deeper into exploring their emotional needs. I observed the challenges faced by young people, especially in balancing career and personal life, meeting others’ expectations, handling family pressure, and navigating various relationships. An open, honest, and trusting relationship is essential for successful mentorship. Active listening and inspiring guidance are critical throughout the process.”

王鄭順子 (左): 「我認為我最欣賞B姐永遠充滿能量和激情，保持著一顆對事物好奇和探索的內心，可以處理好各式各樣的人、事和關係。B姐在我心中亦師亦友，我從B姐身上學到的不是表面的知識，而更多的是一顆植入內心的種子，需要等待時間的發芽，以迸發出更大的能量。師友計劃讓我獲得更多的人生經驗、在焦慮、快節奏的工作狀態下獲得更多內心的支撐， 以及更深入的認識瞭解自己，並找到自己的前行目標。」

蘇影 (左): 「（師友計劃）對我未來職業的規劃、思考，對個人習慣和思維的引導很有幫助，也認識了很多同行業和其他行業的前輩，是積極生活的榜樣。B姐總是活力滿滿，積極向上，對待生活和工作都非常認真，無論在家庭上和工作上都非常成功，是我的榜樣！」

Emma:「在與mentees的交流中, 我也獲益挺多，可以更多保持與年輕校友的交流，挖掘更多鏈接可能性，反向鼓勵自己學習和適應。」

Jenny (left): “Mentor is outgoing, kind, inclusive, cheerful, and encouraging. Through interactions with mentor, I have developed a positive and cheerful attitude toward work and life, and I have come to realize that there are many possibilities ahead.”

施博凡 (上圖右): 「在職業生涯和人生目標上，mentor真誠分享了關於年輕拼搏的看法和經驗，如何調節心態和平衡期望，提醒不忘自己的熱情和本心。在這個功利焦慮汲汲然的大環境下，mentor不忸怩於和年輕人談論追逐熱情的方向，保有一顆真誠赤子心，讓正在逐漸被同齡人同化麻木的我得到了醒神。我相信我們建立了亦師亦友的共鳴。」

楊涵 (左): 「從Lynn身上學習到職業規劃以及快樂生活的積極態度。Lynn非常勇於嘗試新的職業路徑，並且能迅速適應，做到優秀。對待生活積極開朗，總能用笑容影響他人，每次與Lynn見面總能被她感染。」

鄭子璇 (右) : 「我得到很多鼓勵，William對AI、電商行業的見解很前衛，和他交流收穫了很多當下的資訊。另外他幽默也很親切，我們成為了好朋友。我最欣賞他不斷嘗試新事物，永遠高能量保持樂觀積極的心態，祝他今年在沙特發展順利。很開心參加了今年的師友計劃，是很珍貴的經歷。讓我開始參加校友會的其他活動，並且在高桌、明博學社、Mixer Club活動中擔任志願者。我很希望能把我在校友會的收穫傳遞給更多校友和往後更多屆的Mentees們，希望師友計劃越辦越好！」

Jane (2nd right): “We were invited by our mentor to attend his wife’s musical, The Mist. It was a wonderful female-led musical!Afterward, we enjoyed a great dinner at a Hong Kong-style restaurant for agroup gathering. Through the mentorship experience, I have had the opportunity to connect with interesting people from diverse backgrounds and share our experiences.”

Wang Yifan: “I appreciate mentor’s attitude towards life; he is daring to think boldly and take action toward his goals. We became friends, and he has taught me to see things from a higher perspective.”
