Priority will be given to graduates with less working experience or less knowledge about living in Shanghai;<br \/>\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u5728\u4e0a\u6d77\uff0c\u6216\u8a08\u5283\u534a\u5e74\u5167\u5230\u4e0a\u6d77\u767c\u5c55\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u6e2f\u5927\u7562\u696d\u751f\uff1b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u8f03\u6dfa\u6216\u7121\u5728\u6eec\u751f\u6d3b\u7d93\u9a57\u8005\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Mentors will serve on a pro-bono basis, and no charge for mentees to join this programme;<br \/>Mentors \u662f\u6e2f\u5927\u6821\u53cb\u56de\u994b\u6bcd\u6821\uff0c\u4ee5\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u8eab\u4efd\u5c0d\u5e2b\u5f1f\u59b9\u7684\u6276\u6301\uff1b\u800c Mentees \u4ea6\u7121\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u8cbb\u7528\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Pairing: 1 mentor to 1 or 2 mentees;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Matching criteria: based on mentee\u2019s aspirations and mentor\u2019s experience.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>MENTORS are expected to:<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u6211\u5011\u5c0d Mentors \u7684\u671f\u671b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">become <strong>Friends, Listeners, Role Models, Advocates, Supporters, Critics, Networkers<\/strong> and more\u2026 give advice the best you can or direct mentees to find the answers;<br \/>\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u670b\u53cb\u3001\u50be\u807d\u8005\u3001\u5c0e\u5e2b\u3001\u652f\u6301\u8005\u3001\u6279\u8a55\u8005\u3001\u6e9d\u901a\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u70ba mentees \u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8b70\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0b\u627e\u7b54\u6848\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">arrange and agree with mentees the <strong>goals, frequency and formats<\/strong> of interactions e.g. online + offline options;<br \/>\u5c31\u96d9\u65b9\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u983b\u7387\u3001\u5f62\u5f0f\u3001\u76ee\u6a19\u9054\u6210\u4e00\u5b9a\u5171\u8b58\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>stay in touch<\/strong> with mentees and meet in person at least 4 times a year;<br \/>\u4fdd\u6301\u806f\u7d61\uff0c\u4e00\u5e74\u6700\u5c11\u898b\u9762 4 \u6b21\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>share<\/strong> your experience or observations, and help mentees better adapt to the environment of Shanghai;<br \/>\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u89c0\u5bdf\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9 mentees \u66f4\u597d\u9069\u61c9\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">invite mentees for individual or group <strong>gatherings<\/strong>; home or workplace <strong>visits<\/strong>, lunches or dinners, outdoor or cultural <strong>activities<\/strong>; <strong>corporate events<\/strong> or <strong>community service<\/strong>;<br \/>\u9080\u8acb mentees \u6703\u9762\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u5979\uff0f\u4ed6\u53c3\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u805a\u6703\u3001\u53c3\u89c0\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1b\u53c3\u52a0\u6236\u5916\u6216\u6587\u5316\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u53c3\u52a0\u516c\u53f8\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u793e\u5340\u670d\u52d9\u9805\u76ee\u7b49\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>connect<\/strong> your mentees with friends, co-workers or family;<br \/>\u4ecb\u7d39 mentees \u8a8d\u8b58\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u3001\u540c\u4e8b\u6216\u5bb6\u4eba\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">help mentees find their <strong>passions, strengths and limitations<\/strong>, and inspire them to explore <strong>possibilities and aspirations<\/strong>; sometimes your mentees may come to you with their unconventional ideas or grandiose ambitions \u2013 please consider evaluating whether their ideas might work (or otherwise) and help them to think from different perspectives;<br \/>\u5e6b\u52a9 mentees \u627e\u5c0b\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5fd7\u5411\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u8207\u5c40\u9650\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u6398\u81ea\u8eab\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u4e9b\u770b\u4f3c\u5929\u99ac\u884c\u7a7a\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u6642\uff0c\u50be\u807d\u4e26\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u8a55\u4f30\u60f3\u6cd5\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u6027\uff0c\u518d\u7d66\u4e88\u5efa\u8b70\u6216\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u5f9e\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u5ea6\u601d\u8003\u554f\u984c\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>value the individuality<\/strong> of each mentee. Focus on your mentee\u2019s development and potential, diversity is key;<br \/>\u5c0a\u91cd\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u500b\u9ad4\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6027\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">provide feedback and give permission to the Programme Facilitators to <strong>share photos and stories of your mentorship moments<\/strong> on the Mentorship Website and social media to inspire others.<br \/>\u8207\u9805\u76ee\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5e2b\u53cb\u805a\u6703\u7167\u7247\u53ca\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e26\u540c\u610f\u5c07\u5185\u5bb9\u4e0a\u8f09\u5e2b\u53cb\u8a08\u5283\u7db2\u7ad9\u53ca\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u4ee5\u555f\u767c\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Mentors are reminded <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NOT<\/span> to:<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u9192 Mentors <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">\u4e0d\u61c9<\/span>\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">give mentees <strong>expensive gifts<\/strong> or pick up bill every time;<br \/>\u8d08\u9001\u8cb4\u91cd\u7684\u79ae\u7269\u4e88 mentees\uff0c\u6216\u70ba\u6bcf\u6b21\u805a\u6703\u8cb7\u55ae\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">help mentees, in actual terms, to <strong>secure a job<\/strong>;<br \/>\u5e6b\u52a9 mentees \u627e\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">disclose information of mentees without their consent; <strong>maintain confidentiality<\/strong> and protect the privacy of mentees;<br \/>\u672a\u7d93\u540c\u610f\u6cc4\u9732 mentees \u7684\u96b1\u79c1\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">let emails \/ messages from mentees go unanswered; a short reply saying you will be in touch will suffice during <strong>busy times<\/strong>;<br \/>\u4e0d\u56de\u8986 mentees \u7684\u90f5\u4ef6\u6216\u8a0a\u606f\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">be involved in <strong>verbal, written<\/strong> (incl. text messages) or <strong>physical conduct<\/strong> that may be insensitive or unwelcomed by your mentees.
