Priority will be given to applicants with less working experience;<br \/>\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u5728\u5317\u4eac\uff0c\u6216\u8a08\u5283\u534a\u5e74\u5167\u5230\u5317\u4eac\u767c\u5c55\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u6e2f\u5927\u7562\u696d\u751f\uff1b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u8f03\u6dfa\u8005\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Mentors will serve on a pro-bono basis, and no charge for mentees to join this programme;<br \/>Mentors \u662f\u6e2f\u5927\u6821\u53cb\u56de\u994b\u6bcd\u6821\uff0c\u4ee5\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u8eab\u4efd\u5c0d\u5e2b\u5f1f\u59b9\u7684\u6276\u6301\uff1b\u800c Mentees \u4ea6\u7121\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u8cbb\u7528\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Pairing: 1 mentor to 1 or 2 mentees;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Matching criteria: based on mentee\u2019s aspirations and mentor\u2019s experience.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>MENTEES are expected to:<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u6211\u5011\u5c0d Mentees \u7684\u671f\u671b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">share with mentor your <strong>aspirations and expectations<\/strong>;<br \/>\u5206\u4eab\u4f60\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u8207\u671f\u671b\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>stay in touch<\/strong> with mentor and make yourself available for meetings; arrange meeting with mentor at least 4 times in a year;<br \/>\u4fdd\u6301\u806f\u7d61\uff0c\u4e00\u5e74\u6700\u5c11\u898b\u9762 4 \u6b21\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>respond<\/strong> to your mentor promptly and never let mentor\u2019s emails, messages or calls go unanswered;<br \/>\u53ca\u6642\u56de\u8986 mentor \u96fb\u8a71\u6216\u8a0a\u606f\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>take the initiative<\/strong> in arranging meetings \/ activities with mentor; join gatherings with mentor\u2019s current and past mentee(s), or group gatherings with other mentors;<br \/>\u4e3b\u52d5\u9080\u8acb mentor \u6703\u9762\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5e2b\u53cb\u9593\u805a\u6703\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>be open<\/strong> to criticism, new perspectives, opportunities, invitations or suggestions from your mentor;<br \/>\u865b\u5fc3\u63a5\u53d7 mentor \u7684\u6279\u8a55\u6216\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u64c1\u62b1\u5404\u7a2e\u65b0\u89c0\u9ede\u3001\u65b0\u6a5f\u9047\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>observe etiquette standards<\/strong>, e.g. send a thank-you message to mentor after meetings and <strong>be responsible<\/strong>, i.e. be punctual, respectful, courteous and grateful; keep the scheduled meeting time or give adequate notice of any change;<br \/>\u6709\u7406\u6709\u7bc0\uff0c\u5bcc\u8cac\u4efb\u5fc3\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>maintain confidentiality<\/strong> and protect the privacy of your mentor; do not disclose or share information about your mentor with others, and seek your mentor\u2019s consent before sharing photos on social media or mentioning your mentor in your resume;<br \/>\u4fdd\u8b77\u96d9\u65b9\u96b1\u79c1\uff1b\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u5206\u4eab\u8207 mentor \u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7c21\u6b77\u63d0\u53ca mentor \u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u6599\u6642\uff0c\u9700\u5148\u5fb5\u5f97 mentor \u540c\u610f\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>provide feedback, experience and photos<\/strong> with the Programme Office for sharing on the Mentorship Website or social media to inspire others.<br \/>\u8207\u9805\u76ee\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5e2b\u53cb\u805a\u6703\u7167\u7247\u53ca\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e26\u540c\u610f\u5c07\u5185\u5bb9\u4e0a\u8f09\u5e2b\u53cb\u8a08\u5283\u7db2\u7ad9\u53ca\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u4ee5\u555f\u767c\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Mentees are reminded <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NOT<\/span> to:<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u9192 Mentees <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">\u4e0d\u61c9<\/span>\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">expect the liberty of <strong>selecting or changing mentor<\/strong>;<br \/>\u671f\u671b\u53ef\u6307\u5b9a\u6216\u66f4\u63db mentor\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">request your mentor to <strong>secure you a job<\/strong>, in actual terms (though mentors are more than happy to give you career advice)<br \/>\u8981\u6c42 mentor \u5e6b\u5fd9\u627e\u5de5\u4f5c \u2014 \u4e0d\u904e mentor \u6703\u6a02\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u8077\u5834\u5efa\u8b70\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>take for granted<\/strong> that your mentor is going to have answers to all your problems \/ questions;<br \/>\u671f\u5f85 mentor \u66ff\u4f60\u89e3\u6c7a\u6240\u6709\u554f\u984c\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>take for granted<\/strong> that your mentor is going to pay for everything;<br \/>\u671f\u5f85\u6bcf\u6b21\u805a\u6703\u6216\u6d88\u8cbb\u90fd\u7531 mentor \u8cb7\u55ae\uff1b<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">be involved in <strong>verbal, written<\/strong> (incl. text messages) or <strong>physical conduct<\/strong> that may be insensitive or unwelcomed by your mentees.
